Training
Learn how AI fits your business, then build on it.
AI is moving faster than any technology before it, and keeping up is a full-time job. We teach owners and leaders what they need to know, starting with the basics and building to how AI applies to their business strategy.
Basics, then strategy
Every company needs the basics: what AI tools can and can't do, how to use them safely, and where to start. We teach that openly, in videos, worksheets and guides anyone can use. What sets our training apart is the next step: how to apply AI to your own business, how to decide where it pays off, and how to think about it as part of your strategy instead of a pile of tools.
Start with what you don't know
Most teams don't know what they don't know about AI yet. Education is the lowest-risk place to begin. Each session builds on the last, so the small improvements add up to a foundation you can keep building on.
How the training builds
1. Recorded sessions
20 to 30 minutes each, with a one-page worksheet you fill in with your own numbers.
2. Live masterclasses
45 minutes online. You work through the worksheet with Jason and ask about your own case.
3. Leadership workshop
A half day on site with your leadership team, built on a short anonymous staff survey, so you decide with your own numbers in the room.
4. Team training
Four sessions of 2.5 hours for your managers and staff, using your own approved tools and your own work. Best after you've picked your first AI jobs and your tool rules.
What you'll learn
The recordings are not on this page yet. Each session below is the outline and the worksheet you leave with.
Session 1 · 25 minutes
Buying tools isn't an AI strategy
Worksheet: Sort your tools, find your first AI job. Six parts. Sort the AI tools you pay for into keep, test or cancel, find the work that got dropped, redone or delayed, put a yearly number on it, set some jobs aside, pick your top three and count the hours the owner can give. You leave with your top three AI jobs, an owner for each and a not-yet list.
Session 2 · 26 minutes
The value math
Worksheet: AI value calculator. Inputs are number of people, hours a week back, and working weeks. Outputs are hours a year of staff time, plus a break-even line you fill in against your own budget.
Session 3 · 25 minutes
How your people feel about AI
Worksheet: Ask your team about AI. Four questions, a note on keeping answers anonymous, a box for leadership’s guess next to each one, and a short list of what to do next: share the results, write the tool and data rules, pick the first job, name the owner.
What happens after
Do it yourself with the worksheet, or have us run it with you.
The AI strategy turns what you learned into a plan with owners and a first 90 days.
A fractional Chief AI Officer is a senior person whose main job is your AI, part time, if you want someone to keep it going.
