Where we work

Plymouth is home base. We'll drive to Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Traverse City or anywhere else in Michigan to sit down with your team. If you're outside Michigan, Ohio, Indiana or Illinois, we'll do the work remote.

You'll work with Jason Swafford, who founded Drag6. He runs the working sessions himself.

What happens on site and what runs remote

The working session with your leaders and staff is the part that works best in a room together, so that's when we come to you. The surveys, the drafting and most check-ins run remote. If you'd like more of the work in person, say so on the first call.

Who we work with

We start with leadership. At smaller companies that's the owner or founder. At larger ones it's the CEO, COO and the rest of the leadership team, including IT. That's where the AI strategy gets set. Then we work down into the organization, where the work gets done, with business units and individual team members to put the plan into practice.

Most of the companies we work with have about 10 to 250 people, and many have already bought a few AI tools. Buying tools isn't an AI strategy, and that's the first thing we talk about.

Three ways to start

• Training for your team. Sessions for your staff on where AI fits in their week. Each one ends with something you can use, like a ranked list of first jobs for AI. See the training
• The AI Strategy engagement. You keep six pieces when it's done, from written AI principles to an owner for AI and a 90-day plan. Everything after it builds on them. See what the strategy leaves you with
• A fractional Chief AI Officer. A part-time AI leader who owns AI for you. They work with your committee and your department heads, and they get into the details of your business, side by side with your teams.

How the strategy works

1. We survey your team and your leaders. Short and online, so it runs remote.
2. We run a working session with them. In Michigan, we'll come to you for this.
3. We turn what we learn into a strategy and a 90-day plan. What changes first, what waits and who owns it.
4. We go over both with you and revise them until they fit. The plan is yours to run when we're done.
